What is it?
Friends on the Phone is a weekly phone befriending service, where you are carefully matched to one of our lovely volunteers. They will then give you a ring each week at a regular time to have a chat and a catch up.
We are a volunteer-led community venue at the heart of the local area. We host a programme of events, concerts and shows plus have weekly classes and activities taking place most days. In addition, we have rooms available for hire.
The Hearing support service provides information and advice about hearing loss, NHS hearing aid batteries and basic hearing aid maintenance and demonstration equipment for assisting with hearing loss.
If someone contacts us or is referred to us through a third party for assistance and advice with their permission , we can arrange a home visit by one of our Case Officers to provide face to face support and complete a Compass holistic assessment.
