Community Care Information and Advice
The Community Care system can be daunting and difficult for some older people to navigate at times, which is why our trained Officers are here to provide information, advice and guidance to ensure that older people get the support they require.
Community Companions are trained volunteers who telephone or visit adults in their own homes to support their mental wellbeing and help them access local services.
