Staying active by playing a game of football at walking pace while helping with Stretches, Balance, Core Muscles and meeting new people.
We kindly ask for minimum donation of £3 a session. Your donation support the services provided by Age UK South Cumbria. Thank you!
Due to some groups running at full capacity we cannot accept walk in's, Booking is essential.
