Role Description
1. IT Trainers for Basic Computer Training - Volunteers with skills in IT training are sought who are willing to deliver a Basic IT course to participants.
2.Volunteers with IT skills are needed to get involved in assisting with IT Drop in sessions.
3 Volunteers are required with IT skills who can support older people with iPad, laptop and tablet use at a client’s home as part of our Friends Exchange project.
Skills required for the role are: an interest and empathy with older people, good listening and communication and IT skills and the flexibility to meet clients needs. Full training and on-going support is provided for this role, along with attendance at a volunteer induction
