Power of Attorney Service
Organisations can refer to this service via MARS
Our Officers are able to provide a home visit for information and advice on a wide range of topics relating to planning for later life. They can guide clients through the whole process of a Health and Welfare Power of Attorney, from awareness raising through to putting pen to paper in completing and registering the legal document.
This support is, as with all of our services free of charge, though clients are liable to pay a registration fee to the Office of the Public Guardian to ensure the document is legally binding.
