Busy Buddies aim to encourage people with a range of mental health, physical and learning needs and feelings of isolation to regain confidence, develop new interests, get out and about, make friends and meet new people.
Now in its fourth year, the Busy Buddies have become a group that supports each other not only in their volunteering roles but also socially, meeting regularly to enjoy a coffee together or to take part in other social activities.
The Busy Buddies hold their own regular coffee afternoons, on the first Wednesday of every month in the Town Hall in Richmond 2:00pm – 4:00pm, a place to connect with others either as a volunteer or as a customer. We aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment for all.
Busy Buddies is open to anyone that wishes to be supported in their volunteering or give their time, supporting someone else to volunteer.
