Step Into Action Wellbeing Hub & Cafe welcomes all 18+ adults, offering support and befriending including creative arts and crafts; listening ear (cuppa & chat); provide advice and support, including signposting to other services available to you; light refreshment and a mindful, social space. Come and join us to see what we do if you need support; are new to the area or would like to volunteer. We are open Saturday between 2.00pm-5.00pm and with a new session starting on Wednesdays from 03.01.2024 6pm-8pm. Please check out our website event page or the event page on Compass, for dates we are closed, due to the venue not being available. Unexpected closures will be posted on SSIA Facebook Page. We ask for a small donation on a "pay as you feel" basis to support the ongoing activities (instructor fees, materials & equipment) and refreshments.
