Job Description
Age UK South Cumbria is a leading charity dedicated to supporting older people in the South Cumbria area. We provide a wide range of services to enhance the lives of older individuals, promoting independence and enabling access to vital information and support.
We now have a vacancy for a Helpline Officer to provide vital first point of contact support for our clients, both by phone and through face-to-face drop-ins.
Conduct assessments and effective triaging to determine if the client’s needs can be met through the provision of information and advice, or through support to access appropriate services.
35 hours per week (part-time considered) Mon - Fri 9am-4.30pm.
Salary: £22,531 - £24,551 pro-rata based in our Kendal Office.
