Job Opportunity

The Store Associate will oversee the day-to-day running of our stores in the manager’s absence. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel between stores within South Cumbria as needed so a clean, full, valid UK driving license and own transport is essential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Serving customers visiting the store
Managing the day to day running of the store in the Manager’s absence
Optimising sales
Maintaining effective stock management and merchandising
Supporting and training volunteers
Carrying out shop administration

This is a Full-time position up to 35 hours per week (5 days over 7) and will involve some weekends.
