This role supports Pioneer Projects participants and community. Empowering and enabling vulnerable participants with significant barriers to engagement to not just access our creative activities, but to use them as a framework for
personal growth and springboard to community involvement and progression.
You will be an inspiring, motivated and organised individual who is passionate about supporting people of all ages from diverse backgrounds to achieve their potential. You will understand the barriers that living in a rural community can present and have creative ideas about how to meet the challenges facing people in Craven's communities. This role is integral to Pioneer Projects delivery, support and inclusion of participants and their journey.
This role covers South Craven with delivery taking place regularly in: Skipton, Grassington and Glusburn.
