Job Opportunity

You will need sound project management skills, the ability to support and
inspire a small staff team and a real drive to deliver positive outcomes for
those we support. You will also understand some of the challenges of
delivering effective activity in a rural area and the need for good partnership
working.
Responsible to the Strategic Director and working alongside the Operations
Manager, you will be equally comfortable helping shape and deliver the
organisation’s Strategic agenda or mucking in on sessions and leading by
example.
