• An experienced retail manager with passion to maximise shop income and promote Gift Aid to customers
• Leading by example, implementing the highest standard of customer care and service
• Recruiting, managing and training our supporting staff and volunteers
• Ensuring all administrative and financial procedures are followed
• Work closely with the Deputy Head Of Retail
• Travel within the region to provide cover in other shops or for training
• Health & Safety knowledge
