Come along and enjoy an informal afternoon playing your favourite games or just enjoying a hot drink and a chat. We play Rummikub, chess, Triominoes, cards, bridge, and even table tennis for anyone feeling energetic!
A group of like minded men mainly aged 50 & over, who meet every week on a Monday am, Tuesday am & pm, Wednesday am & pm & Friday am to use The Shed workshop space at the Age UK Warehouse in Kendal for renovating furniture & other projects.

Come along and try out our seated exercise class in a friendly and relaxed environment. All ages welcome, however this is predominately attended by the over 50's. Donation of £2.50 would be gratefully received.
