Come along every Wednesday & try out our seated exercise class in a friendly & relaxed environment. All ages and abilities welcome, however this is predominantly attended by the over 50's.
A seated exercise class in a friendly & relaxed environment for all abilities just drop in between 10.30am - 11.30am, a suggested donation of £2.50 would be gratefully received.
