Come along and try out our seated exercise class in a friendly and relaxed environment.
All ages welcome, however this is predominately attended by the over 50's. A donation of £2.50 would be gratefully received.

Come along, have fun and try this gentle chair based exercise class which will help improve your balance and mobility, followed by tea and chat.
