Come along and try out our seated exercise class in a friendly and relaxed environment. It will help your mobility, muscle strength and balance.
Friendly and relaxed seated exercise class for all abilities. All welcome. Every Tuesday 2.00-3.00 pm. Due to the popularity of this class please contact us on 030 300 30003 to make sure there is space to accommodate you.
All ages welcome, however this is predominantly attended by the over 50's.
Please Note - there will be no class on the 7th April 2026.
