Gentle Exercise Class - Grange 1 - Sunday 04 Jan 2026

Come along and try out our seated exercise class in a friendly and relaxed environment. It will help your mobility, muscle strength and balance.

Friendly and relaxed seated exercise class for all abilities. All welcome. Every Tuesday 2.00-3.00 pm. This class is currently full, please call 030 300 30003 if you wish to be put on the waiting list.

All ages welcome, however this is predominately attended by the over 50's.
Please note this class will be closed on the 23rd & 30th December 2025 & will re-start on Tuesday 6th January 2026.
