Gentle Exercise Class - Milnthorpe - Monday 30 Mar 2026

A friendly and relaxed seated exercise class for all abilities.
All ages welcome, however this is predominately attended by the over 50's. Donation of £2.50 would be gratefully received.

This is a very popular class so please call ahead to see if there is space on 01539 728118. Every Tuesday 10.30-11.30am.
Please note this class will be closed on the 23rd & 30th December 2025 & will re-start on Tuesday 6th January 2026.
