Come along and try out our seated exercise class in a friendly and relaxed environment.
All ages welcome, however this is predominately attended by the over 50's. Donation of £2.50 would be gratefully received.
Friendly and relaxed seated exercise class for all abilities. Just drop in- All welcome. Every Wednesday 11.00am-12 noon.
Please note this class will be closed on the 24th & 31st December 2025 & will re-start on Wednesday 7th January 2026.
