Come along and try out our seated exercise class in a friendly and relaxed environment.
All ages welcome, however this is predominately attended by the over 50's. Donation of £2.50 would be gratefully received.

Friendly and relaxed seated exercise class for all abilities. Just drop in- All welcome. Every Tuesday 10.30-11.30am.
