Come along and try our NEW chair based yoga in a friendly and relaxed environment.
For adults aged 50 years or older. A donation of £3.50 would be gratefully received. Booking is essential.
Age UK South Cumbria in partnership with Cumbria Yoga Foundation bring gentle, inclusive yoga classes for adults aged 50 and over. Fun, friendly sessions in a welcoming space. A chance to move, relax and make friends.
PLEASE NOTE - It is essential you book your place for this class with the Admin Team at Age UK South Cumbria.
There will be no class on the 6th April 2026.
