Try a chair-based exercise class in a friendly and relaxed environment, this class is supported by Age UK South Lakeland. All welcome
A friendly and relaxed chair-based exercise class for all abilities and all ages, however this class is predominately attended by the over 50's.
Every Tuesday from 10:15am - 11:15 am, refreshments will be provided and a suggested donation of £2.00 per session will be gratefully received.
