Nurturing Growth aims to support adults through social group activities that promote physical and mental wellbeing and mindfulness.

Nurturing Growth aims to support Friends of SSIA with physical and mental wellbeing and mindfulness. We will be meeting on the following dates and times, please feel free to joining some or all of the activities.

10.15am to 11am Walk and talk
11.00 to 12noon Crafty cuppa
12.15pm to 12.45pm Mindfulness
1pm to 2pm yoga

To ensure we can cover instructor costs and resources for our projects, we do ask that participants can offer a contribution on a "pay as you feel" basis.

Please note: The NG project doesn't run at the Soroptimist on the 2nd Thursday of each month however, we meet at Aireville Park at 10.30am and have a nice walk then head to Morrisons for 11.15am for a chat & cuppa.
