Nurturing Growth aims to support adults through social group activities that promote physical and mental wellbeing and mindfulness.
Nurturing Growth aims to support Friends of SSIA with physical and mental wellbeing and mindfulness. We will be meeting on the following dates and times, please feel free to joining some or all of the activities.
10.15am Walk and talk in nature
11.00am Group singing
12pm Crafts, games and a cuppa
1pm Yoga for all abilities
Or please feel free to just come along for refreshments and a chat.
To ensure we can cover instructor costs and resources for our projects, we do ask that participants can offer a contribution on a "pay as you feel" basis. All donations are gratefully received.
Please note: The NG project will not be running on Thursday 17th October 2024 - due to staff annual leave.
