Come along to the Over 50's Aerobics class to gain all round fitness.
This class for the over 50's is run in conjunction with Better Leisure at Kendal Leisure Centre is a fun way to gain strength and keep fit, whilst making new friends.
The group meets every Monday from10:30am - 11:15am.
Refreshments will be provided.
