Come and join this gentle water based class for the over 50's.
This class for the over 50's is run in conjunction with Better Leisure at Kendal Leisure Centre is a fun and gentle way to gain strength and keep fit, whilst making new friends.
The group meets every Tuesday from 2:45pm - 3:30pm.
Refreshments will be provided.
