Come and join a gentle yoga class aimed at the over 50's.
This class run in conjunction with Better Leisure at Ulverston Leisure Centre is a fun and gentle way to gain strength and keep fit, whilst making new friends.
This class is for the over 50's.
The group meets every Wednesday from 9:30am - 10:15am.
Refreshments will be provided.
