Come and join this Functional Fitness Class aimed at the over 50's.
A fitness class for the the over 50's run in conjunction with Better Leisure at their Ulverston Leisure Centre.
Classes are held every Thursday 6:15pm - 7:00pm and also on every Friday 10:30am - 11:15am. Come along and join a fun way to get fit.
