Free sessions for age 18+ every Wednesday 10am to 12pm. Join Caroline to sing along to popular songs.

The group offers the chance to sing popular songs from the 50’s onwards (requests are encouraged) with the aim to reap the positive psychological and physical benefits of singing. These positive effects are calming yet energising and include stress reduction, strengthening the immune system and giving the lungs a work out.

All abilities welcome - this session is all about singing, connecting and having fun!
