A seated exercise class for the Residents of Binfold Croft held in the friendly environment of the Residents Lounge. All welcome between 11.00 am - 12 noon every Tuesday. Except the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month
A suggested donation of £1.00 per session would be gratefully received.
