All ages welcome, however this is predominantly attended by the over 50's. Donation of £2.50 would be gratefully received.

Come along, have fun & enjoy a gentle chair based exercise class to help improve your balance & mobility followed by tea & chat.
This class runs every Thursday starting at 10.30am - 11.30am. A suggested donation of £2.50 would be gratefully received.
There will be no class on Thursday 19th November 2026 due to a prior booking.
Please note this class will be closed on the 25th December 2025 & 1st December 2026 & will re-start on Thursday 8th January 2026.
