Gentle Exercise Class - Natland - Sunday 05 Apr 2026
A friendly & relaxed seated exercise class for all abilities. Just drop in all welcome every Monday with the exception of the 3rd Monday of the month month. 2.00pm - 3.00pm
Come along & try our seated exercise class in a friendly & relaxed environment. All ages welcome, however this is predominantly attended by over 50's. A donation of £2.50 would be gratefully received.
PLEASE NOTE - that during June, July & August there will be a class held on the 3rd Monday of the month, but from September this group will revert back to meeting on the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Mondays of the month.
