Gentle Exercise Class - Natland - Sunday 13 Sep 2026
A friendly & relaxed seated exercise class for all abilities. Just drop in all welcome every Monday with the exception of the 3rd Monday of the month month. 2.00pm - 3.00pm
Come along & try our seated exercise class in a friendly & relaxed environment. All ages welcome, however this is predominantly attended by over 50's. A donation of £2.50 would be gratefully received.
PLEASE NOTE - that due a major refurbishment at Natland & Oxenholme Village Hall there will no exercise classes from Monday 29th June & will re-start on Monday 7th September
