Role Description
Hambleton Community Action is a local charity that offers a range of services in Northallerton, Bedale and the surrounding area. These include a Community Car and Shopping Scheme; Community Visiting; Carer's Respite; Social Groups, Community Hub, and much much more.
We will try to tailor your volunteering to suit your needs - whether it be an hour a week or more then we will have something for you.
Application Process
When you apply to volunteer with us, we will guide you every step of the way. You will have an informal interview with one of our friendly team to find out your interests and see what role would suit you best. You will then have a full induction and be asked to attend several training sessions (such as safeguarding and GDP). You will also require a DBS check.
