Client Record Information Service (CRIS)
CRIS – (Client Records and Information System) CRIS is a complete and flexible CRM system, designed by the third sector for the third sector. Understanding that third sector organisations come in all shapes and sizes, the system allows for complete flexibility on how it is set up. There is also provision for the vagaries of how the third sector is funded. Organisations can set up new projects; identify the outputs required as well as the recording and reporting requirements etc. There are a whole host of third sector oriented features within the system.
CRIS also links with MARS and referrals can be sent from within the casework environment. CRIS also has embedded the Compass risk assessment and diagnostic tool, this tool has embedded AI to automatically create a risk and diagnostic report on each client assessed. Organisations also have the ability to create their own bespoke assessments and questionnaires.
From the outset, the vision for the Compass online platform is to provide it free for use by any third sector organisation. Our smaller partners are not able to afford commercially available solutions and those that can often find themselves isolated because referrals can only be sent to other users of the same systems.
