Description
You can talk to a Mind Wellbeing Practitioner if you’re feeling: low in mood; overwhelmed; lonely or isolated; worried or stressed; tired and not sleeping well.
Appointments are available to book between 6.30pm – 9.30pm and last up to 1-hour. You can have up to three appointments over-the-phone.
Our Mind Wellbeing Practitioners are ready to listen and talk to anyone who is worried about their mental health who is aged 11 or over. You do not need to have a diagnosis or be referred by your own GP.
To book an appointment, call your local GP reception and ask for an appointment with a Mind Wellbeing Practitioner in Enhanced Access.
