Anyone aged seven and over living in the Bradford district or Craven who needs urgent help can get same-day support from Safe Spaces hubs in Bradford and Keighley.

Trained staff will help you if you’re experiencing distress such as severe anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, intense depression or feelings of disassociation.

Safe Spaces also offers overnight stays for children and young people, and drop-in centres across Bradford and Craven.
