Description
working with a trial group of six young people with relatively mild Learning disabilities to try and help them through what can often be a difficult time in their lives - moving towards living a more adult lifestyle in the community - participants will be around 25 years old - a time when they will no longer have access to activities they are familiar with such as the youth zone on account of their age.
iCan's part in this is to introduce the group to wellbeing and ways of achieving wellbeing in their lives and also using COMPASS to evaluate their wellbeing at the start middle and end of the 6 month initiative
