NEL4Heroes is a dedicated team who provides peer-to-peer support for ex-service personnel and active members of the Armed Forces, drawing on lived and shared experiences to help navigate and gain support for the challenges they may face.

NEL4Heroes's aims are to work with the armed forces community in regardes to
- Combat isolation by bringing our community together.
- Help access vital support for both physical and psychological well-being.
- Assist with the transition from military service to civilian life.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the governments support pathways, such as Op Fortitude, Courage, Restore, Ascend, and Op Nova, and their navigation procedures.
- Work with local partners to uphold the Armed Forces Covenant, ensuring our community gets the tailored support it deserves.
- Educate local services (NHS, DWP, Local Authorities) on how to better support the Armed Forces Community.
- Provide guidance on the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme & War Pensions in conjunction with Veterans UK.
- Work alongside other charities and authorities to maximize support for our veterans.
