Knowledge is Power - Prevention is Better than Cure
We are a small grassroot not-for-profit social enterprise with a drive to make a concrete difference to communities and people's lives.
Based in Worcestershire, we operate across the UK including virtually, and at the moment primarily in the Midlands, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
Fuelled by the passion of our 4 directors, we are relentless in advocating for the well-being of our communities and service users.
Our menopause delivery includes
- Community menopause awareness worshops, talks and events
- Outreach peer support
- 1:1 peer support - free when funded
- Employer training and support
- Engagement with primary and secondary healthcare systems
As Experts by Experience, we bring an empowering approach to understanding menopause and a range of holistic strategies to tackle symptoms at home and in the workplace.
Gender inclusive events and support that can help us, our partners and others around us improve our cognitive and physical health. We also include elements that relate to the male version of hormonal changes and deficiencies.
