About us
Always Another Way (AAW) delivers low level preventative Mental Health Support for age 11+ young people, through to Adults, from a dedicated team of coping strategies support workers.
What we do
Our services include
1:1 support
“Connect”- Adult social group work
Alternative therapies; Laughter Workshops, Aromatherapy, deep tissue massage and reflexology
“Colour Coded” LGBTQ+ group for 11+
Mental Health awareness courses for community groups.
Counselling for families with under 5yr olds to support their parent carers in those early days of parenting. Adult group for the LGBTQ+ community
