Empowering neurodivergent people and people with disabilities through inclusive, compassionate support

ur group is from 14 plus although our youngest attendee is 18 (who attends with a parent).

We have some people with a dual diagnosis of autism/adhd/audhd. We have carers and family members.

We run a workshop which is primarily a subject that people have decided they would like to know more about. We focus on how people feel in the world and what needs they have.

We recognise that individuals feel supported and have found others who understand so everyone is welcome.
