FAB Gym in Barrow are offering and enabled Spin Class for visually impaired members. Sharon holds the class and is warm, welcoming and helpful. She offers help setting up and offers great auditory directions. Some volunteers from Barrow Buddies also come along to help and it is a great way to increase fitness and try something new!
