A challenging walk for good fitness level
We will leave Barrow Train station at 09:30hrs and catch the train to Foxfield where we
follow the public footpath up towards the Manor house by way of the track through the
fields and circumnavigate the golf course. Here we will head back towards the footbath
along the A595 and cross to Broughton via the woodland trail. Here we get some
refreshments and aim to catch the 13:40hrs or 15:19hrs (pace dependant) train back to Barrow. This is a more
challenging walk than usual, with some steep inclines and slippery trails
