A walk to the popular Hoad Monument in the old Market Town of Ulverston. 2.5 miles – 4km Not Wheel Chair Friendly
Our Friday walk is a route to visit the Hoad Monument in Ulverston. This is a slightly more challenging route and certainly not flat! We will meet at the Coach House at Ford Park LA127JP at 11am and ascend the 330ft to the top. We will take in the air and wonderful views of the Historic area and Coast before descending and enjoying the winding paths surrounding the tree beautiful, tree lined Ford Park.
