Walking football for over 50's at Cleator Moor. A fun inclusive weekly session.
5pm to 6pm every Monday at Cleator Moor 4G pitch
Take part in a slower version of the beautiful game. Sessions are light hearted and open to all levels of experience. Sessions are mixed gender and we have active female players. We also are open to younger players attending who feel that faster paced football is not for them for whatever reason.
Most sessions include a light warmup and game scenario. We support people with various health conditions, and this form of gentle exercise is perfect to help them improve their overall health.
New members are asked to fill in a basic medical questionnaire.
Each session is led by a trained volunteer/ first aider.
£3 per person per session.
