Every Thursday, 10-11 am. Truly Essential Tai Chi & Qigong. Tai Chi for Health classes are Sun style, short-form Tai Chi. Developed by Dr Paul Lam and a team of medical and Tai Chi experts.
Easy to learn, great for all abilities.
We offer a safe and inclusive space, with a warm welcome. We especially welcome people who live with a disability or live with long term health conditions or recovering from injury or a surgical procedure.
