Housing Need Survey in North Craven - Monday 25 Mar 2024
Craven Community Land Trust (CLT - supported by Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust, and working with Community Led Homes, North Riding and East Yorkshire) is arranging for a housing need survey form to be sent to every household in the four parishes around Settle. The survey can also be completed online (link to follow) between 8 April and 3 May.
The object is to build an accurate picture of the need for affordable rented homes in an area which has so many second homes and holiday homes. A report will be compiled at the end of the survey, and the CLT hopes that the information will form the basis for future grant applications that will lead to more genuinely affordable homes in the area.
