Role Description
This role may include:
• A variety of audits both local to the Trust (access, communication), or national and legally required audits (hospital environment, patient experience).
• Being part of committees and task groups to give a patient perspective on specific aspects of service provision.
• Being allocated to a particular ward to liaise with patients, give feedback to staff and monitor ward boards.
• To undertake any other tasks that may from time to time be agreed between the PP and the Trust
