The Buddhist Group of Kendal offers techniques such as meditation, to help promote mindfulness of the self and spiritual wellbeing. We are a religious group and our service reflects this, and our methods are a part of our beliefs.
While not a substitute for professional support for mental health issues, we provide a tranquil spiritual environment, offering several types of meditation and spiritual support.
