Brampton and Beyond Community Trust

Not for profit charity/limited company set up in 2010 to provide community benefit the citizens living and residing the areas around Brampton market town to the east of Carlisle, some 15,000 people in total. The Trust operates a community centre and delivers a range of local services around health, wellbeing and local needs.
Community Centre
-Provides some 96 activities per month for all ages from babies to older people
-Provides a range of fully equipped meeting rooms and facilities for community groups and local organisations such as GP's, Diabetes clinics, COPD clinic, network organisations such as Ex Forces Network, 50+ Forum, and for training
-Hosts around 25 community groups for all ages
-Offices to rent by the hour, week, month for outreach work or as regular business offices, rents from £200 per month fully serviced (does not include landline, by arrangement only), full superfast wi-fi broadband, with on site parking

The Trust delivers
-specific projects tackling disadvantage from health to supporting local business
-operates a full childcare setting with nursery, pre-school and after school care, and full childcare through the day
-Operates and café and activity space and soft play, also providing a daily community meals service, delivered to peoples homes
Current projects
-Brampton Community for Forces - supports ex servicemen and their families as well as the families of servicemen and veterans around a range of needs (see website for more details
-Tackling isolation and remaining independent - a range of support mainly around social activities and light exercise for older people to maintain independence
-Youth project - regular deliver or services and support for young people from the age of 11-19
