Fareshares Community Lunch - Thursday 24 Oct 2019
This is a free lunch offered by the community and cooked by volunteers at Ambleside Parish Centre. Local business such as Granny Smiths, McClures, Spar and Tesco donate the food. It is free, or a voluntary donation can be made to the Centre.
A real community iniative. Run by the community for the community. All very welcome indeed. To eat or to cook, or both. When the food is gone, its gone though, so get here early! Together we can find solutions to the terrible amount of perfectly good food which is just thrown away.
